Gabe Prieto was excellent and ethical!

I never received written report of the visual inspection as the potential buyer who contracted them.I just received a phone call.Superior had given a remediation cost estimate to the seller/owner instead without my knowledge.I received a mold spore count much later and this lab report had already been given to the seller without my knowledge or okay.This seemed unethical to say the least.The initial explanation of the cost of inspection versus mold sampling was confusing and unclear.Nevertheless I am grateful that the mold was discovered on time leading to cancellation of the sale.I am available for discussing detailsif needed.

The person who wrote the review above was the buyers agent. she was upset because the buyer cancelled the sale due to the mold remediation needed. we did not give her copies of report intially because she did not pay for them. The buyer of the home did pay for it so w we did this inspection we talked to the buyer directly and upon finding out there was a mold issue he said he wanted to cancel the sale immediately and didn't need the report. we sent it to him anyway because that is what was paid for, But I don't think he communicated any of this to his agent. We didn't speak with her about it because our customer was the buyer.

Gabe was very friendly and informative as well as on time and did not ask for money for the inspection up front. His honesty really is comforting.

The crew that performed the work were very professional. They arrived on time, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. they were neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves. The price was very competitive as well. I would definately recommened them to a friend. All the smoke smell is gone and it looks like it never happened.

I will know what I see with the contractor does a great job for the help he is giving
