Gave wrong quote on job after countless communications on project. The description on the estimate was not explained clearly and estimator made bad assumptions that were not clarified with me. After being very upset with the sales rep, no other upper management would talk to me. They offered me no such compensation for the work done, but they did offer to finish the job for a lower price (the price was what other fencing companies were offering). I wish I would have gone with the company that I had finished the project.
