Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Do not hire this guy unless you want to help out on the project. He is a one man team and obviously did not have experience building a deck from a walkout. He gave us a bid which we thought was great and then because he forgot some materials we ended up having to spend almost $2000 more than the bid. The materials he forgot were wood posts to go under the trex posts, concrete base, fascia..which are all pretty standard for deck installations. His lack of communication made us end up with a circular staircase not the right color and did not pass inspection. We are finishing the project ourselves.

I worked with this client, diligently to solve their issues with the staircase vendor (color) and passed the inspection with the city. All at my cost, while doing additional work to make things right and perfect for the client.

Scott was very conscientious and pleasant to work with. He tackled a difficult project - hanging a huge mirror in a steep stairway alcove - that required unique ingenuity and attention to safety on his part. Scott performed well and within the price range quoted, and left the work site neat and tidy.
