Keith was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. An appointment was set up and he was prompt and called before hand to tell me he was on his way. He handle my plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and I was impressed enough to request his cards to give to my neighbors.

Kinda pricy a bit, but I liked Keith's super quick response after submitting the request, and fairly quick job on site.

The plumber was about 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Althoug he was supposed to have replaced only one part of the kitchen fauncet unit, he insisted on replacing the entire unit. Although there was a picture on the box and a direction sheet, he reused to look at the one or read the other. He claimed the replacement unit was new model which could not be made to look like the old one (but it was identical to the old one). He put the faucet stream/spray unit on backward and when I insisted he make it look like the picture and follow the duirections, he said I was overly critical. The fee was $169.99.

Im gonna respond to this because i feel if some one needs to complain it should be at time of service not 3 weeks later and not give there name i do remeber this job the customer had a broken valve body on a gourmet faucet cheaply made out of plastic and the PROPER way to repair it with the new faucet she recieved from the manufacter was to install the new one as the old one was non repairable and required uninstalling the old one to even attempt to repair if not replace . We cannot offer super service if we only do half the job As far as the price goes it was not issue until now because the bill was paid ,the tech even recieved a tip

I feel if there is an issue with pricing it should be delt with at time of service we strive to be very competitve and offer super service and super savings If we are to make ourselves better than customers should adress these issues in person I have so very many customers in lewis center oi dont know who left this response Our estimates are always up front and fair
