They were on time and did the job and it smelled 100% better I was a little concern that I spoke to mr. Church and they told my son that the vent was not working in the living room and instead of calling me to see if I wanted it repaired. I called Mr. Church and I am waiting for his call. So hopefully I will be able to get it fixed they said that it would not be much ,but I wish they would have contacted me at the time they were out there. But I am very pleased with what they did do.

THEY CAME EXACTLY AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND APOLIGIZED BECAUSE THEY HAD TO TURN OFF THE HEAT WHILE THEY WORKED. WE HAD A PROBLEM LATER THAT NIGHT, THE HEAT WENT OFF, I CALLED CALVIN CHURCH AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT MORNING BUT SHOWED HIS CONCERN THAT WE HAD TO DO WITHOUT HEAT ALL NIGHT. I DON' T BELIEVE THE PROBLEM WAS ANYTHING THEY DID WHILE CLEANING THE DUCTS. HE WAS AT MY HOME AT 7:45 A.M. AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE SUPER.
