They were great to work with and the the work they did is great. Frank was my main contact; he was on time and very professional every time he came over to answer my questions. I would recommend them to any one in fact I’m already planning another project that I have ask them to bid.

We haven't done the big project yet, but started with something small. They started promptly, cleaned things up each evening, not leaving things looking messy, and completed the job promptly. When we didn't like one of the materials (a type of brick) they were going to use, they spent time finding what we liked and getting it delivered quickly in order to finish the job. There was an additional cost involved because when they exposed the gas line it was in real bad shape, so they spent a Sat. replacing it in order to be ready for a Mon. cement pour. Frank was real good about keeping in touch with updates and next steps. Job looks great!

I am so happy I went with Souto Brothers for my landscaping project. I had a total demolition and reconstruction of my yard. I went with all hardscape, including pavers, a water feature, retaining walls and a aluminum patio as well as a relandscaped front yard. From the beginning to the end of the project Frank Souto was courteous and professional. He always made himself available to answer any and all quesitons that I had and he provided me with a gorgeous design that I am really happy with. Souto Brothers also came with a full team of professionals who all worked very hard to finish within the designated time frame. I love my new yard.

We had significant issues with our landscaping. We live on a hillside and our drainage was poor, our original sprinkler system was not installed correctly and our soil was in poor condition. Souto Bros helped us understand what was working in our yard and did not need to be fixed (which I thought was very ethical!) and then developed a plan to solve our problems. They really did a beautiful job. They matched our existing stamped concrete with new concrete, regraded, amended and re-sod our lawn areas, installed new sprinkler systems and landscaped our yard. Frank Souto discussed the progress of the job almost daily with me, responding quickly to any questions I had. He kept his patience with me even when I "fine tuned" things. All of the workmen were diligent and took great care to do a good job. There was no piece of the job that did not exceed my expectations..

Great ideas, professional organization, beautiful work. We do have a problem with some hairline cracks in the cement and one chunk of cement that broke off when the forms were removed. We realize it is "cement" and there are imperfections - it just seems rather soon for the cracks to appear. Thank you
