We specialize in chemical cleaning of roofs, exteriors, all concrete surfaces, screen enclosures, fences and paver sealing. On the day of the scheduled cleaning I had to call them to find out if they were on schedule, It was only them I knew they weren't going to do the cleaning that day due to bad weather. They did show up on then the day they rescheduled and did a great job.

These folks can't be beat! They called me the day after I checked with ServiceMagic, came out that day, gave me a firm price, and completed the work! Even took my credit card info so I didn't have to leave work to pay them! Best in town - I promise - call them!

Tom was fantastic to work with! He called in min. of my service pro search was at my house to bid same day and did the job next day WOW! He had the best price out of three bids and did exactaly what he said. I will be using Sunstate every year from now on to make my house the best on the block! Thank you Tom!

Most professional company I have ever worked with. I will never have my place pressure washed again. There process was so thorough and fast I couldn't believe my eyes. There work speaks for itself. Diffently recommending to friends and family. Tom and Joe were so polite and personable. They made me feel like I was family. Thanks Sunstate Cleaning Systems for being so prompt and professional.

My tech's were great, explained everything. Came on time, completed work quickly and efficiently. Will definitly have them back when it's time to clean the roof again.
