He came to my house early July 2010 in the midst of the heat wave to access the property and make a recommendation. We spoke briefly. He left an estimate. He will begin to mow in a couple of weeks.

Al did a great job on our patio and walkway. He also installed a new deck on the first floor. The project was done professionally and quickly.

EXCELLENT! We hired Sunshine to do modest improvements on our yard. They did a spectacular job for a great price. We found the whole team friendly and extremely knowledgable. They went above and beyond, and we plan to hire them again. And they also helped us out quickly during an emergency in last season's ice storm! GREAT GUYS!
