Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the service points and how my HVAC, A/C and furnace were integrated and worked in my house. His work habits were outstanding, very thorough and clean. Detected some minor maintenance items and fixed them on the spot. Sunset gets my highest rating.

Justin did an excellent job. He immediately assessed the problem with the air conditioner and replaced the part within a timely manner. I would recommend Justin to anyone seeking a professional and knowledgeable contractor.

Its was okay.

If home owner did not like the price I quoted him, I,m not sure why he had me change the thermostat out. He could have just paid me the $49.00 for trouble shooting the problem.

I called Sunset Mechanical at the worst possible time - the first heat wave to hit the city. They were flooded with calls by various homeowners whose AC systems had failed. They were upfront with me, telling me that they had a number of service calls at that time. It took them a week to get to my home and give me an estimate. It was another week before they could schedule the installation. I did have to wait, but I felt the wait was well worth it. I felt I received an excellent assessment of my needs - an honest report of what was needed - and the best system for my need at the best price.

Aaron was very knowledgeable about the heating and air conditioning unit that we have. He even taught us some things about it that we were not aware of, and we appreciated this very much. He was professional in his manner and seemed to have a passion to help us. We would highly recommend Sunset Mechanical.
