How Long Will It Take? Inspection for mold is a multi-step process. First, Sunrise will perform an inspection of the area to determine if samples are needed. If so, samples are collected and sent to a nationally-recognized testing laboratory for analysis. This typically takes ? several days or less. Once the results are concluded, you will be provided with a full report, discussing and describing all findings.

I called for an inspection for mold, that evening Ed called me to get information from me regarding my concerns. We had an appointment for the next day at 9AM. Ed was here at 9 and ready to work. He took his time to inspect the room in question, the attic and the outside of the home. Although he did not find mold, he did suggest where he thought this musky smell we had was coming from. We replaced the items needed and all is well! Thank you Ed and I would highly recommend this company if you have concerns of mold in your home.

I used Sunrise mold ( Ed ) and he was first class professional . He called and showed up hour earlier than we set up and charged the exact amount we discussed......Very professional and friendly.. I would recommed this man to anyone..........

Ed was prompt and friendly. He explained my situation to me and provided me with some quality suggestions on what to do. He conducted his research quickly and provided me with a report within three days of the inspection. I was very pleased with the service I recieved from Sunrise.

Ed Castro has shown up on time, as quickly as he could get here twice and done a fabulous assessment job for us. He has been the most consistant contractor fulfulling our needs in a situation that we know nothing about and are scared to death over. I have no hold outs on Sunshine Inspections!

Very impressive. Does not also remove mold, so has no motive to "find" mold. Would definitely use again.
