Joe, the plumber, took time to understand the problem and went ahead to find the root cause, and fix it right the first time, so that we don't run into similar issues in the future. He also advised what I should look out for in the future in my 15+ year old house.

We appreciated the professionalism and the work but the water heater is very noisy compared to our old one. I'm sure it is far more efficient, but nobody warned us that it would be that much louder than the old, inefficient one - unless we got a bad water heater??? Anyway, it does seem to work well.

The cold water dip tube was replaced on the same day I orginally called. Ben quickly and cleanly removed the old tube, installed the new, replaced a corroded nipple and purged the lines. Thanks for a good clean job.

Incredibly good service. I called NW Sundance Plumbing mid-morning regarding my leaking hot water heater. Shannon and Wes arrived within the hour to check out the problem and determined I needed a newwater heater. I had a doctor's appointment. They agreed to return with the new heater later in the afternoon when I would be home. They also recognized that my circuit breaker was not enough amps to be safe, removed and replaced it. They had the good judgement to replace my tall model with a shorter model that fit the space far better. I had hot water by dinner time. I could not be happier with the results of this service call.

ben was courteous and timely. except for a black mark on the sink in the second bathroom, an error in caulking maybe, the job was wonderful. his work in the master bath is superb. in addition, he only disrupted the water flow in the house -- during a 3 and 1/2 to four hour job for about 10 minutes, total. great work.

Ben replaced my outdoor faucet, which leaked continuously. A couple days after he installed the new faucet, it began to leak behind the handle. I called and within a couple hours he was back to replace the O-ring (which the manufacturer suggested was the problem). A few days later, the same leak appeared again. Ben returned and replaced the entire pipe and faucet...and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. It is now leak-free. He assured me that he would return if anything ever happens again.

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, found and fixed another issue we were having and ALL UNDER their original bid. Great customer service!
