Customer service after project completion is poor. I have a problem with the paver deck and they are not returning phone calls

Signed contract but project not started yet, so I don't know the finished quality. Design quality was very good as designer listened to our ideas, met with us 3 times to discuss changes, and came in at our budget.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Planning went very well with Jeff, helped us with design ideas. We went with all paver patio instead of combo paver/deck (also suggested by another). No pressure to commit, decided in two trips, paver selection 3rd. Payments were spread. Wish could have started earlier in our date range. Supposed to call in couple weeks, I did in 3 wks. Jeff added another 2-3 weeks. Before end of new period, Jeff called, said crew will come next day. Promptly did prep work & laid pavers in a 1 1/2 days. Very astute, hard working crew, very courteous. Totaled 2 1/2 days straddling weekend. I wish driveway and sidewalk cleanup was better. Backyard cleaned well.
