During the quote process, Doug explained the work that had to be done and agreed to meet a fairly tight timeline. I've never had wood floors refinished before, so I didn't really know what to expect. Rating: Project: Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install Sun Contracting was hired first to install a vinyl tile floor in the basement.  Mr. Doug Rima arrived promptly with his assistant and immediately got to work.  The result was a… Read Complete Rating Sun Contracting was hired first to install a vinyl tile floor in the basement.  Mr. Doug Rima arrived promptly with his assistant and immediately got to work.  The result was a beautiful floor.  I was impressed with Mr. Rima's competence and asked what else he could do.  So, almost 3 weeks after I hired Sun Contracting, Mr. Rima is still working and he is currently installing ceramic tile in my bathroom, he built from scratch a new decoration over my front door, painted concrete floors, renovated wooden basement steps, installed light fixtures, repaired the back porch, installed doors, thresholds.
