Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
The 1st visit guys were on time and i was satisfied with the sanding and 1st coat....the next day for the final visit, he was late by an hour and i had to call him, also i was told the cracks would be filled in all 3 rooms but they were not, he left me the filler and told me i could do it after the floors dried! Time wise...great...quality...not so good = ovarall service=satisfactory

This young man is very polite and professional, the work was done beautifully without any problem. on time even worked on the weekend to accommodate my schedule.

Horrible, that's almost all I can say. They are cheap for a reason. I don't think they even cleaned up the dust before they put the coat on. Nails still left on the stairs after the carpet was removed. They agreed to do some repairs but never did. They always says "tomorrow" when I asked them to take those carpets off the premise but of course, i end up had to hire somebody else to do it myself two weeks after. of course, not to mention the dust all over the place in every possible corner. spent a few more dollars and hire somebody else. it is worth the money.
