He quoted 350.00 then started the job. He did not finish but ask for the full amount of money. He then ask us to wait three weeks for him to finish. I am not even ssure that he will be back. I will rate his complete work after tuesday next week which is when he said that he would be back. We were stupid to pay him in full.

The workers were very professional.

Got a no-notice cancellation the first appointment, price wasn't the initial quote & the work wasn't impressive

Courteous and on time. Low quality materials and way over priced. Failed to follow up as promised. I was charged $185 to have Summit make and install an unfinished plywood platform for my window air conditioner supported by 2 small pieces of 2x4 wood. The window was not sealed well on either side of the air conditioner, so I had to go get some foam insulation board to block light and air infiltration. I also had to buy air conditioner weather stripping to stuff into the open cracks around the A/C unit.

Cancelled the 1st appointment the night before and then reschedule to the following day. Sent someone else in place that was 35min late, blew a bunch of canned air on the air conditioner, then sat outside my house taking pictures! Very scarey!!! So I took down the license plate and alerted the police, just in case. I would not recommend-strongly!

This customer failed to mention a few things 1)The system was pressure tested and only needed cleaned out. 2)My tech took his wife with him, which he shouldn't have done and she was taking pictures of wild rabbits which she had never seen! I explained this to the customer when I made another trip to her home (60 miles round trip) at my cost to confirm the work performed. 3) I never tell a customer that I personally am coming. I could have just went out and 'serviced' her ac meaning cleaning and recharging the system then charging her $275.00 but I have a habbit of not doing things that are not needed. I call that stealing.

Larry was very punctual and did great work while here.

They were wonderful. On time...comunicated well, respected my home and went beyond what I expected to the point of even helping to move furniture when done.

Not the most professional or the best quality of work, but for the price you can't beat it. Larry is a good easy going guy and he did know what he was doing. Price was a little more than was quoted to me, but was still better than most anyone else around.
