Great experience with Sullivan Roofing. I live on a hillside and I was concerned about the clean up. They cleaned up everyday and I had a lot of tear off. Even though I had this big project going on, my yard was still presentable. The crew was very pleasant and there was no fowl language. It's my opinion that they worked very good as a team and got the job done effectively. They weren't bothered by me looking and asking question during the whole process. My roof looks marvelous. I highly recommend Sullivan Roofing to anyone. Tim was very knowledgeable and answered any question with detail. Thank you guys.

Tim was very personable and easy to work with. My husband has done roofing in the past and felt the cost was quite reasonable. The best part was that crew showed up at the designated time and cleaned up nicely.

Tim's crew was professional, timely, and talented. They made good recommendations when it came to an existing skylight, and were proactive about replacing vents and flashing without even being asked. When the job was finished, they did a very thorough job cleaning up the yard. Overall, the best experience I have had with any contractor I have ever hired.

Tim was the first to contact me. He is a very comfortable person who made me very comfortable. He gave me recommendations -- and justified them. I was very flexible with all aspects regarding the job with the exception of my kids safety and two specific things I wanted done my way -- he met both those needs. I liked him so much, I'm having him give me an estimate for siding my home. I would re-hire him, and I would recommend him to friends and family.

The job was good. Mr. Sullivan tried to up the written contract by $100.00 due to a rise in shingle prices. I did not feel it was my problem and I paid him what was quoted on the written contract.
The quality of workmanship and professionalism was high, even though.

In my 47 years of business I have never dealt with a more professional company, Great down to earth people who care and at a great price, I checked on a lot of companies but im really glade I went with Sullivan, would highly recommend them to everyone. I was given a written quote the first day. Allowed time to decide on choices. When I called they gave a specific time frame and completed the job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof.
