They contacted us quickly and came at the appointed time. Mike was very professional and got back to us with an estimate by the next day. Work began when he said it would and went very smoothly and quickly. We are THRILLED with the results!

Mike Sullivan was an excellent contractor and very down to earth. He worked with us and gave us the best price for all our repairs to our home. He worked closely with Mission Tile for our repairs and tile to the kitchen and bathrooms and the tile was beautiful. He was very prompt and responsive to our emails and phone calls and very reliable coming to the house and checking on the progress. He went above and beyond on extras we needed to the house. I would definitely highly recommend Sullivan Construction on any home repairs.

Excellent job-very professional and helped us structure the project and made recommendations to keep us with in our budget. Highly recommend Mr. Sullivan. Workers were in our home and very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up well. The project was completed very quickly as well.

Mike Sullivan is very friendly and worked within my budget without skimping on quality. Would have been done in a more timely manner but had a set back due to termites and black mold. He uses quality subcontractors for every aspect of the job.
