Evron helped repair some badly broken locks on our new house as well as rekey and replace a front door and side door lock. Ev was a consummate professional and was SO diligent about following up and being clear about costs. The warranty on the work extends for a year, too! I work in the City + Ev texted me images of the locks that he could install on our front door as well as the finished work he did. It was so nice to work with someone so willing to go out of his way for a job. I'd highly recommend Ev to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith who will go above and beyond the normal job to give great customer service!

This company was sent to duplicate 4 keys for my 85 year old mother. I live 1000 miles away and wanted someone I could trust. The actual locksmith that did the work was good and quoted me a price of 60.00 trip charge plus 3.00 per key. A few seconds later, I get another call from the manager who tacked on 40.00 more labor and said that the locksmith was wrong. I said, please give my mother a discount. If I wanted my mother to have the keys, I need to approve this amount and pay by credit card. I am 1000 miles away and had no choice. I advised my mothers to pay on her credit card for 121.00 to make 4 duplicates of the same key. Never AGAIN.
