Jack is an excellent contractor who is punctual, reliable, efficient. I would recommend Jack Marlowe of SUB ZERO HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING without hesitation, or reservation. I am 100% happy with the equipment installed, how it was installed and the time it took to install. FIVE STARS for Jack Marlowe & SUB ZERO!

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Subzero / Jack was great. He worked around my schedule and came over after business hours, which won him the job since I was unable to take time off from work. In addition, he was very friendly over the phone and was able to give me an idea of what was probably wrong with the heater. I did not do any price comparison, so I'm not sure how his fees compares, but they seemed reasonable.

Found Jack to be reliable, reasonable and honest. I would recommend to a friend. I've only had the Furnace a month and have had no trouble- Jack has assured me he is reliable should there be any problems or follow up required when the system is inspected by the city.

I called Jack and scheduled an appointment. He was on time and his prices just could not be beat. This man is very professional. He was in and out before the end of the day. I will definately be using his service in the future. I highly recommend Jack from Subzero. He's also a nice guy.

Out of the three contractors who bid for the job, Jack was by far the most on the level in terms of professionalism and value. His price quote was very reasonable compared to the other two. In fact, we were wondering how he was going to be able to complete the job and make a profit given his low estimate. He did and we are very pleased with the outcome. We've enjoyed central air for about a month now and no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommed Jack and Subzero to all of my friends and colleagues who are looking to delve into the home buying market as well as those who have AC and want to upgrade.
