This is a tough one because I spoke with the gentleman over the phone. He promptly came out to give me an estimate and promptly came back to resolve my issue, which was overflowing gutters. I wasn't home when he completed the work and until we have a bad rain storm, I won't know if the gutters are fixed or not. But I trust he did a fine job and I would call him back.
