Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring
Easy to work with. Very flexible regarding time (I was out of town while they did work, had them contact 2 different neighbors to let them in). Only complaint was that we had a miscommunication about what "repairing" two small sections. They patched them, I thought they were going to remove wood which runs perpendicular to other wood, so all wood runs in the same direction. If I'd been here I'm sure that could have been corrected. Otherwise, the finished product looks great and there was minimal dust. The sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He asked more detailed questions than any other bidder. Definitely felt he knew his stuff.
