Very courteous. That was the first, and most important, impression. Negotiated price based on competing quotes. Job didn't happen for a month because door shipment took a long time. Install was quick, professional for 3 basement windows and a door. Would recommend these guys for sure.

installed a fire-rated garage entry door. Len and the installer did not know what was involved despite telling me they have 20+yrs of experience. Called to complain about the hinges (bronze) not matching the other hardware (nickel). He told me I should just let it go. During our conversation he blamed the door company only using bronze hinges, but he should know the company's limitations I shouldn't. Spoke to me very rudely on the phone. Called the factory and they came out and explained to me 4 things the installer did not do that he was kind enough to do for me (hinges were spring loaded, but installer did not know how to install).

I have never been more happier with Wallingford. The awnings is beautiful and I have recieved several compliments from my neighbors. It was a pleasure to meet such a wonderful owner of the company. I highly recommend Wallingford.

These are top notch professionals. Work was done exactly as I had expected. Top quality materials were used. I can't say enough about the skills of the installers. They took their time to make sure that every detail was done correctly, and to my specifications. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. !!
