Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces

Brian did a very nice job on what was a somewhat complicated job. His price was very competitive and he was very personable. My only suggestion would be to get clarity about when he is actually going to come to do the job. He did our job in the amount of time we requested but because he is so busy, he did work odd hours to do it. I would definately use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable rate.

Brian did an outstanding job repainting our entry way and stairs. Starting with dated oak posts, Brian meticulously cut in black & white railings; changed the dynamic of the house. It was a true pleasure to work with Brian because he took our vision and made it a reality. We agreed on a price prior to the job beginning and that is what we were billed -- no hidden charges or surprises. Brian does request 50% up front, but he uses this money to purchase the paint; very reasonable request. If you want an honest professional, this is your guy. We will be using Brian again in the very near future for other projects..

Project: Install Drywall

Brian painted the popcorn ceiling in our living room, dining room and hall (about 400 sq. ft.). His work was very good and he was prompt and effecient. It is unlikely that I would have him do any more work, though, because of the price. Since we were painting the walls after his work was complete, he did not have to exercise care in the edging. It took less than a day to complete the work and he charged $480. I might refer him to someone who can afford to pay rates that high.
