Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Tim was the supervisor and very attentive. The crew was self motivated- they got to work immediately after unloading equipment. There was no yelling, swearing the entire day (I was home all day). Sturdy Home reinforced one side of my roof, due to a sag, and cracked and busted through the ceiling inside and fixed it- without any qualms. The roof crew thoroughly cleaned the yard and completed the job in one day! (my house is small). The salesperson, Tom was also very attentive and did good follow through without being a pain. Mark handled the insurance claim- (my roof was damaged due to a storm) and the wait was due to ins. company. Thanks SH

From the salesperson (Brian) to the customer service representative(Lisa), and all of the workers, every one was there for me as a priority and repaired my home in one day, cleaning was continual and thorough throughout the process. Everyone had a job and worked collectively to complete the job, two days earlier than the contract stated. My friends were all impressed as well. I plan to use Sturdy for the other projects on my list to restore and update the rest of my home. Very Happy!!!

This is an updated review for a basement window replacement project. After my original review citing poor service, they were much more responsive and professional in starting and completing the job. The guys that came by to do the actual job, Dave & Justin, both did a great job. Pre-job prep was lacking and clean up was okay. But the windows are in and look good.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism,efficiency and work ethic displayed by Sturdy Home Improvement. As promised by John, the salesman, the work was done in a timely manner. The workers took care to cover my yard and flowers with tarps. Cleanup was exceptional!. My praise goes to such a hard-working crew! It was a pleasurable experience! Many thanks!
