Project: Repair or Partially Replace Synthetic Stucco
I would definitely recommned SDR. Alex was extremely easy to work with and his estimate came in one third lower than his competitors. He even did some additional work at no charge. He and his crew did a beautiful job of repairing and refinishing a retaining wall that goes the length of the house. Both Alex and his crew were professional and completed the job earlier than expected. Very satisfied.

Stucco Done Right did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. I have worked with many contractors and these guys were timely, professional, and on budget. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and I didn't have to keep reminding them of what we had in the agreement. They were here daily exactly on time and completed the project within the committed time frame. They came on the weekend and was extremely thorough in the cleanup and touchups. I could not be more pleased with Alex, Edgar and the guys. Just a wonderful company to work with and I love the work that they did on the house. It looks great!

After calling 5 other stucco contractors and not being able to get anyone to actually come and give us an estimate, we found Stucco Done Right through Servicemagic.com. I called Alex on a Saturday morning and explained that we had been calling around trying to get our stucco repaired for weeks. Alex said he would come out immediately and give us an estimate. Alex came out on that Saturday afternoon and had his workers come the following Monday. Alex and his team were extremely professional, thorough, and polite. We would highly recommed Stucco Done Right! Thanks Alex!

Alex and his crew were friendly, fast knowlegable, flexible and by far the least expensive bid I got for the work. Usually I do not go with the very cheapest price, but Alex won me over and I gave it a shot. What a great experience! One winter later, the work still looks good. (this wall has always cracked a little every winter).

Alex was very professional and nice. He gave us a very competitive price to fix the stucco in the corner of our house after a neighbor kid ran into our house with his car !!!! He did a very good job matching the color. It's not exact because the house is 10 years old, but it's very, very close. I could tell by talking to him he really knows stucco. I'm happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to other people.

Alex was very good about explaining what he could do to solve our problem, he was quick to respond. He kept in touch if plans changed. The team of workers kept the job area protected and clean. The Stucco match perfectly with existing stucco and was very good quality workmanship. Alex solved the problem of water damage by coming up with an improved solution than the original. This showed his knowledge and desire to fix the underlying problem not just the cosmetic damage.

I highly recommend this company. We called Alex and he responded the next day with a quote and finished up the work the same week. What we thought was an easy stuco report on the deck ended up being a major repair resulting from very poor workmanship from the original builder. Alex and his team fixed it right, and communicated with us each step of the way. The finished work was very professional and they took good care of our property.

Stucco Done Right installed ice and water shield and metal flashing on a foundation wall that was leaking. Alex was prompt and professional in preparing his proposal and did a very nice job on the project.

Alex Garcia was very responsive from the start. He showed up when he said he would and his workmanship was excellent. His price was very fair and I would recommend Stucco Done Right for anyone that needs repair for stucco problems with their house.
