The technician arrived as scheduled then indicated he would call me and let me know if the part was available in the next day or two. Over a week later, I had heard nothing. Called the company - was told technician would call me that day. The next day, I received a call from their office telling me the technician would be at my house in an hour. No one was home because no one made an appointment! I was then told that the technician would call me later and schedule after I got home from work. When he finally called late in the day - he would have to come and measure more. $99 service fee for nothing - never again!
