The crew came in and did a really great job. When they bid the job, they were very clear on exactly what work was required (removing all of the mortar in my chimney and replacing it, as well as coating it). The only issue I had was I would have liked better communication regarding the schedule. Due to weather and other unforeseen issues, it took longer than expected, and more consistent communication would have prevented me from even noticing that as an issue.

Peter was affordable and fast. They did a great job. The only complaint is that the mortar killed a lot of my grass so it took a day to remove all the mortar and re-seed but that could be fixed if a tarp was laid down for future projects.

I used Service Magic to help me find a Stone Specialist for an item that came out during the Inspection of our new home. I needed a specialist to evaluate whether or not we had a serious problem. Peter was prompt to call and assisted us, not once, but twice! It was refreshing to hear that what the Inspector called out as potentially serious, ended up being a quick flashing fix. What a relief! We couldn't have felt this comfort without the help of Peter. I highly recommend him.

Prompt response and very professional. They were willing to acomodate your needs and schedule to get the job done. Miscommunication betwwen them made the project last a little longer than normal but the wait was worth it.

Peter was prompt, personable, professional and organized. His workers did a good job of the chimney work On a two day job they cleaned up nicely after the first day and after the job was finished. Upon completion they agreed to help me up on the roof to see if I had any questions and touched up a couple things I pointed out. They also were professional and courteous. Peter had them acid wash the chimney below the roof line as well while they were at it. I feel that the work was well done and that my chimney, roof and soffit are now protected from leaks. They promptly came out and then e-mailed me a written estimate for the project. They contacted me the following week as a follow-up and offered to answer any additional questions. I requested that they come out again and they did so at my convenience. When I choose them, they gave me a written contract with start and completion dates and it included each detail that we discussed at our second meeting. They started the project on time and did exactly what they said they would do, for the cost agreed upon. The complete tuck pointing of our 1920 house has restored it to its original grandeur. It has been a complete pleasure, 100% satisfied.

Our rental house had serious loss of mortar above the roofline of our chimney, so this was our primary concern; we also pointed out a need for mortar repair below the roofling, while other portions of the chimmey remained strong. Structural Solutions worked with our focus, presented a very fair price, and performed all work with professional results. We would strongly suggest anyone with similar work to be done include consultation with these professionals. They deliver precisely what you need.

We like to call jobs like this Outpatient Masonry. We were in and out in a day and a half. They paid on time and will hopefully have us do the rest of the chimney as it is needed.

It was a great pleasure doing our construction with Structure Solutions! From the very beginning one can see how professionally people conduct their business – promptly responding to initial request, advising in project issues, and performing the work itself. All people of this team are very high skilled, disciplined, and descent. They worked very fast and installed beautiful brick siding on our house just in 3 days. The amazingly looking masonry work had been accompanied with thorough cleaning the construction area at the end of each day. I would like say a big Thank You to all people from Structure Solution, and I would strongly recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a masonry project contractors.

These guys were fantastic! They showed up on time to the estimate appointment, sent me the estimate within an hour of the meeting and quoted me a far better price than the other estimates I received. They came right away to repair my chimney and it looks fabulous. Clean, efficient and personable.
