John was less expensive than his competitor and did a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. He even offered advice as to what should be done to remedy the foundation issues.

John Mann was great. Very smart, thorough, and knew what to look for during our structural inspection. The report was sent the very next day. The only thing we had an issue about was that he arrived late and had to change the time of the inspection the night before 'cause of something he had. However, I would have no problem recommeding him or using him again.

John Mann did a great job on pulling together a plan for adding supports in our basement and first floor. He was very responsive, providing us with a plan on time which was of high quality and met the permit requirements in our town. He was thoughtful and creative. I would highly recommend Mr. Mann to others in need of development of a structural plan for a residential property.
