Scott Nelson was very professional and patient with my needs. He provided a clear cost structure for his time and deliverables prior to visiting the project. He was a good communicator and gave several options to resolve the problems that I faced. I would recommend Scott 100% for any residential project where structural work is involved.

Scott looked at my home and made concrete suggestions for improvement right off the bat. His rate was fair, and he did not charge travel time, report-writing time, etc. He also did not try to sell the services of other contractors to repair my house. I will call him again when the snow has melted, so he can examine the foundation and chimney more thoroughly.
