The engineer arrived on time and answered all of my questions even after I received the final report. You can tell that the engineer was very knowledgable. Everything was completed in a timely manner. This is an expensive undertaking, which is why I gave 4.5 for value for money.

I have a unique situation. I'm in the process of purchasing a home and we needed a structural engineer to assess a home built in 1758. I have reached out to many structural engineers and for one reason or the other, it didn't work out. However, Al with Structural Engineers Solutions handled my case with perfection, professionalism and prompt service. I sent him the information he needed, he communicated promptly. Met my family at the home and provide the report "AS PROMISED" and "ON TIME". I am now forwarding Al's business card to the general contractor I know and all my friends with homes. Also, my realtor will be using Al in the near future

Alsaid responded immediately to my request and was able to do the job the next morning. He was courteous, patient, straightforward and knowledgeable, and gave us an excellent verbal overview of our structural issues. We have not yet reviewed the written statement he will produce about the property.
