Fast service. Very informative. Went the extra mile to check all options. Very friendly. Searched for parts and a replacement oven for three days. Currently need to modify kitchen to accomadate new oven. Will use Strong's to install.

Outstanding... Al really seemed to care about getting he job done quickly and correctly. Outstanding communication, and even wore footies over his socks (He took off his shoes, too) to keep the carpets clean.

Made an appt for 9 am, but the tech couldn't make it due to his truck malfunction. Rescheduled for 6 pm by his choice but charged me after-hours rate.

Sir we spoke the morning you called to request after 5 pm call we did not charge you after hrs rate , your bill came to $145.00 we charged you 85.0 +tx in addition to the work on your disposal we also stopped the leak on your waterline to your frig which was not on the work order, that rating amounts to nothing more than slander.

This is a "first rate" appliance repair company. Reliable, HONEST and and knowledgeable. Al was a great service man. We appreciated their prompt response to our call. This is the first time we did not feel like the repair company was trying to take advantage of our emergency appliance problem. Thank You - Strong Appliance and especially AL.
