The 3 man crew showed on time the day they were scheduled, worked hard, were polite, cleaned up their mess and finished what they were asked to do. They ran into some extra rotting wood in front of our house by the gutter, the whole length of the house - so it did cost more- but they were able to complete on time. We are still waiting for a gutter man to come replace an old damaged gutter in the back, and a carpenter to replace some fascia boards. but they were"sub contracted "after the fact once we ran into rotting. In general we were pleased.

All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Craig and the crew worked hard to get the job done on time and within budget. The work was professionally done and looks great. Craig personally visited the job site each day and made sure that everything was clean and complete.

Craig and his crew were on time, efficient, completed all the work as promised, thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris, all in one day and the resulting roof is well done. Excellent skill demonstrated by his workers and clear business practices demonstrated by Craig, including excellent communication.

I had two large windows to replace. Mr. Burnett was very helpful and stayed in touch with me during the entire process, including a follow up after the job was completed. The windows that he suggested were superior and I was happy with the price. The technicians Terry and Justin were friendly and considerate. The removal of the old windows and installation of the two new windows was done flawlessly. They arrived on time, protected my carpets and floor, and vacuumed the area when they were finished. My new windows look great, will help with my bills this winter, and have increased the value of my home!
