Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
It was not a big job – under $2K. The renovation project involved structural framing/construction on an old 2-car garage to replace the sill plate foundation and rotted support studs. Extensive, often down and dirty prep work was required and intricate problem-solving nearly every step of the way. Strazar’s framing skills and craftsmanship are top notch. The work was done meticulously and the end result was a work of art.

If you want someone ou can trust to do what needs to get done the correct way and not worry if its going to last call Strazar Design, he is the complete package with everyone u need, electrican,plumber,tile,granite, he has them all ,u have to look no father than Strazar Design!!! We are in full packing mode,thanks to u and all of your great contractors. This would not have been happening if it were not for you and all the hard ,but GREAT work you did. So now we can go to Georgia and look for our house lol!!! Again thank U Strazar Design!!!!!! Johnny & Barbara Roberts Milford,CT.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Our deck is not yet completed but will be within the next few days. Tim Strazar is very professional and thorough and I am extremely pleased with the progress on our deck. It looks great.

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
Tim did a great job in repairing structural termite damage on our newly purchased house. It was definitely not done in a quick and dirty way. In contrast, all carpentry work was neatly done, even if was going to be covered up and was in places impossible to check after the project was finished. Soon after contacting him I felt the project was in good hands and he completely lived up to my expectations.
