Technitions arrive on Time...Were very professional in removing the old furnace and installing the new gas furnace....they actually upgraded the electrical connections by extending and expanding it...cleaned the area when they were finished.... am now waiting for the Holiday Weekend to be over the find out if they submitted the refund and credit papers to the correct departments. am very pleased with the company and its employees

The day project was completed, there was a problem. My call was returned within 30 minutes (Friday night, holiday weekend) & all repairs were completed by noon in Saturday. Very professional & reliable.

They were very experienced in doing a good job, the best way possible. There was a problem with the draining the excess water, and out of 3 opinions, they had the best solution. They did a great job and handled the venting with ease.

Representative provided overview of requested system as well as an alternative. Discussed pros and cons with structure limitations as well as future projects. Suggested a system with reservation to verify system size and any local code restrictions. Provided results of their inquiries and description of equipment proposed to be installed. Felt comfortable that all aspects of the project had been evaluated by these individuals.
