Jason from Stratus Roofing was very professtional and completed my project quickly after I accepted his quote. His proposal was right in line of where I expected it to be. Another contractor was must higher in price for the same scope of work. I plan on using Stratus in the future for any other roofing needs.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Problem: gap between the add-on screened in porch and home that leaked onto porch in heavy rains because roofline was caulked instead of flashed. Jason was on time for the estimate;professional, giving me a written estimate before leaving. Unlike many other contractors, he took the time to ask questions and understand my budget range. Provided both quick fix vs a more permanent solution. He also inspected the entire roof at my request. Thorough and did not rush the process. Roof fixed in June and have had no problems even in high winds and heavy rain.

Project: Repair a Metal Roof
The metal roof repair was not necessary. Jason went out of his way to look for another possible source of the leak. As a result I will perform some minor caulking of windows above the bay window. This appears to be the source of the leak.

Jason was a top notch guy to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Jason made sure that I was happy and that the problem was resolved. He solved a roof problem of mine that no other roofer could find a solution to. Prompt and courteous! The price for the work done was just right! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
