About ten minutes after I filled out my profile on Service Magic I received a call from Jeff from Storm Safe Roof 1. Jeff was polite, to the point, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the process very easy to navigate and took the time to answer all my questions no matter how insignificant they may have been. The crew he sent to my house was extremely professional and courteous. The job was began at 7 a.m. and was finished by 5 p.m. the same day. I would recommend Jeff and his team to anyone, any-day, anytime. Jeff made the difficult process of hiring a roofer an easy task, and one that I continue to feel good about weeks after.

Storm Safe Room 1 was the only company who would leave me a written estimate. I was glad to hire them to replace my roof. I worked with Jeff who explained everything to me and was easy to contact. Communication and service was excellent! The new roof looks great!

Jeff of Storm Safe 1 replaced my roof. He gave me a quote that was better than the two others I received. When the job was done there were no surprises of additional charges. I paid what the estimate said. He was friendly, professional & a very honest nice man. The workers were fast, and respectful. They ran a magnet around my house three times to make sure all the nails were picked up. Everything was cleaned up and when they left, all they left behind was a nice new roof. I highly recommend Storm Safe 1.

Storm safe inspected our roof and found damage from a hail storm. The insurance adjuster denied the claim but the owner of the company agreed to meet with him and personally pointed out the damage. the adjuster agreed that there was damage and approved the claim. The roofers that did the work were courteous and quick, and cleaned all mess promptly. the owner checked on their progress periodically throughout the process and when the job was completed. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if in the market for another roof.
