My call was returned promptly and service was quickly scheduled. They arrived on-time, were professional, did a thorough job, and gave detailed advice on preventive measures. And their prices are extremely reasonable. We liked them so much that we contracted for additional services with them plus referred them to an owner of an apartment building who signed a contract for services, too.

THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS, BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY DEAD ONES. THE JOB THEY DID EITHER WAS NOT GOOD OR I HAD NO BUGS FOR THEM TO KILL

very satisfied. They know their stuff about bees. I thought I had a hive on the eave of my house but was told that the bees would be gone in 2 days. They were right and they did not charge me for coming out and came back in 2 days to do a follow up. I am going to put them in our community newsletter.

Stop Buggn emailed me and called me in 5 mins of searching on a Service Magic. I was told by a neighbor that I had bats coming out of my roof (hoping that my neighbor just hated me i called someone anyways) Stop Buggn came out and got on the roof and checked all possible entrances. They found no signs of bats living in my roof(guano, smell, or rub marks). Then they went in my attic and checked all the possible entries of the flying rodent. Nothing. They were professional, timely and courteous. I'd def reccomed them and will use them for any other pest problem I have. Thanks guys.
