Stonehenge Construction

This contractor began work to install a slate floor in our kitchen and entry on Oct. 19. We were told that it would take about 3 days to complete. As of this date (Nov. 15), it is still not finished. The quality of the work is very poor with the slate tiles being laid very unevenly. Follow-up appointments have been made and agreed upon to finish this work, but the company simply fails to show up or even call. This company is very unprofessional.

I am disappointed to have this kind of review. I take my company and business very seriously. We take a lot of pride in our customer service and work. This project was completed in 3 days as stated but a special order transition item took many weeks to arrive from distributor and was installed immediately after arriving. As for the installation homeowner was very happy after completion. The material chosen by the homeowner was not honed or calibrated causing the rough or natural stone (uneven) look. Homeowner was disappointed to not receive discount for delay in delivery of transition. Which is the unfair reason for this review.

Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for tile installation. They completed two projects (kitchen backsplash & bathroom remodel) for us and we are very satisfied with the quality workmanship. The owner, Chad, is very reliable and friendly.
