we just agreed on price and they came out yesterday 4/26 to do the template. job should start in about 10 days so far wendy has comethrough everytime .i gather she is their sales rep. tony came in to do the template . on time polite and cleaned up very nicely upon comp[letion of his job

Some administrative mix ups, but overall perfiormance was very good. People were cooperative, helpfull and appeared knowledgeable. I still have some questions about the cost of the faucets, and the attachment(or lack of ) to the countertop.

Layara (the salesperson) was professional and efficient - she responded quickly to my request and I especially appreciated the in-house consultation. The whole process was quite seamless and everything was completed within a month from start to finish. Everything looks great!

The experience of purchasing a granite countertop from Stone One was professional and trouble-free. Knowledgeable sales staff, large selection of countertop materials, very competitive prices. The staff that came to my house for templating and installation was on time and competent. The only improvement that would have made the process perfect would be to shorten the time between template and install - it took 10 days and at the end of a kitchen project, it feels like a long time to wait! Great job overall, thanks Stone One!

We were amazed at the level and quality of service that we got from StoneOne. Our salespersons helped us to find the right granite type for our kitchen; business manager clearly communicated all project details and costs to us and literally planned the whole kitchen repair step by step process for us coping with my busy schedule and frequent requests to change dates. The guy who took a template has arrived exactly on time and was literally a 'template wizard' taking exact measurements in record time. Installation workers were flawless and left no cleanup for us to do. Our new countertops look so beautiful!

We ordered a Caesarstone countertop for our kitchen from Stone One. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and friendly over the phone, but the entire process was free of any complications. Everything was done in a timely manner- the templating and the installation were done perfectly and professionally. Our kitchen looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Stone One. They are a pleasure to work with are their prices were incredibly competitive with other companies in the area I looked into.

The sales rep, Layara came to the house and was very professional and friendly. She provide a written estimate for installation of a granite countertop within 24 hours. My wife and I visited the showroom and was impressed with the selection of granite slabs. They came to our house and took measurements and came back to perfectly install the countertops. We were delighted with the process from start to finish.
