It all sounded great until it was installed/the Island was put in wrong,when I called with the issue they did not undestand I called mon. they said they would call back and let me know when they could come out I called tues day,weds.,thursday same thing then finally on thursday eve.I recieved a call saying they would be there to fix the issue and never showed,I recieved a call on Fri.eve saying they would be there on Tuesday apart from the I sland my wall was also damaged.The only good is my color of granite was perfect.

The guys at Stone Ideas were very nice to work with. The initial person left the company so we had to have a second person come out to do the measuring. They were very quick, we had the counter top within two weeks.

Appointments were not on time. They didn't do a good job on the finishing touches. Left some areas without sealing. Left holes in the walls and chips in the paint. We had to have them come back to redo an uneven backsplash. After they left I noticed there was damaged areas in the granite on the back splash they replaced. They didn't send a plumber to hook up the sinks for over a week after several attempts to get them to come. The plumber left with leaks in the pipes. Now all the water that comes through the new faucets is murky. We have another plumber not associated with the project (paying extra) to see what went wrong.

Customer service was horrible,and they tried to charge me more than originaly quoted,they still have to come back to finish and i haven't been able to get a hold of anybody. Installers were great but i did question some of the installation process.

Stone Ideas was great to work with, no pressure but great customer service. They went out of their way to help us out. The job was done great, exactly how they promised. One of the few companies that we have used in all of our remolding projects that actually does what they promise
