Stone Edge did a great job updating our pool, filter and pump. The work they did was great quality and they did it in a timely fashion. They were very professional and easy to work with.

Responsive firm, both outside sales force and inside scheduler. Also thought field crew knew their stuff; didn't seem like itinerant laborers but men who knew their jobs. No surprises. Did what they said when they said they would. When June/July rains played havoc with schedule, it all got worked out. Competitive, tho not lowest, price (refurbished 30+ year old in ground 20x40 concrete gunite pool) but impressed me as more knowledgeable and professional than competing firms.

Wonderful service. Wonderful people. Stone Edge has to correct and finish a job started by a previous contractor. The job Stone Edge did was fantastic.

They did damage to my driveway and refused to fix it, they also did a shoddy job on a retaining wall, on top of that with the color stamp concrete project I ordered there was a spot of color variation, that looked like a blue shirt would look after bleach be splashed on it. I would not recommend They are suppose to come back to fix the wall, but they are not responding to me. Also they have denied up to now any substantial damage to my brand new driveway, fortunately for me I have it in writing from them that they acknowledge damaging it.

Damage was done to the customers driveway by the concrete company's vehicle. A very small tire print was visable Repairs to the drive way were offered by our company along with an offer by the concrete company. The owner has taken my company to small claims court twice and lost both times. The wall work, and small stain that is mentioned , was repaired promptly as warranty work at no cost to the customer. The wall damage that was repaired was caused by lack of drainage that was to be performed by the home owner.Stone Edge Design prides it self in prompt customer service and has been a Accredited member of the Better Buisness Bureau since 1999

Very good with communicating. A great crew of guy working for them. Lisa, a good dispatcher who likes her job. I am not sure if I got good value but, I felt like I got great service. Now time to fix the yard.
