Communication is not good. Phone calls were not returned after leaving messages at unidentified voicemail box. Stone Chicago's product is good. We have received a number of compliments regarding the attractive stoops due to the Stone Chicago product - a coating of epoxy and gravel that transforms spaulding chiped concrete to something attractive and durable without removal of the existing concrete stoops.

Eric and the installers were friendly and professional, and the job looks great! Three years ago we had a Stone Chicago floor put in our basement. During the July storms, we got 3 1/2 feet of water in our basement, and the floor still looks brand new.

Stone Chicago (Eric Brast) did an excellent job repairing a very cracked floor of a rehab project for a local school. The epoxy work he completed made all the difference in the rooms appearance. He was very professional and hard working. His crew completed the job on a tight time line and budget. I would highly recommend Stone Chicago to anyone.
