When he came out to fix my garage roof, he did a thorough check around the leak area, and did find a broken flashing, and replaced it, he thought he fixed it. And after 2 heavy rain, my problem still there, I called him, he went out at a raining day to check if it was still the spot he fixed, and looked like the fix spot is good, and he looked around and then climbed onto my top roof, and found the root cause of the leaking, there is no flashing installed in my top roof corner, and water was found around the wood behind the siding, he cleaned that spot and put flashing there, and told me he is confident this problem is fixed. And YES, HE DID.

Sam was very straight-forward discussing options we had. He communicated time-frames and expectations with us and when it was forecast to rained on our agreed-upon start date, he called the day before to discuss the new start date. Only two weeks from estimate to completion! Great work ethic and professionalism. He suggested the roof color and it looks perfect! GREAT JOB in every respect!

We've had this leak in our ceiling for years that was so frustrating. We've contacted every roofer in the area to try to get an estimate. If they called us back, they didn't want to take the time to find the issue. They just tried to get us to spend thousands on a new roof. Our roof is only nine years old. Sam was the only one that seemed determined to find it. Within one hour of arriving, he found the problem and took a photo so we could see the issue when he explained it to us. We're confident it will not leak anymore, but he guaranteed his work, and said he would return if we have addtional problems.

They came out, gave an estimate that was very reasonably priced and were able to get the work done that afternoon. It has rained some since the work was completed and no leaks thus far.

They came and got the job done quickly. They found some rooted members and called immediately with a reasonable additional fee to fix it. They left the site nice and clean after they were finished.
