Steve was here the first trip on time and he was very personable . When Steve needed to come back to touch up paint I was having trouble getting a hold of him. I called service magic, they called Steve and he was here within an hour to finish the job. Steve did a great job on the drywall and in the end I was very happy with Steve.

I had to cancel doing this project. They did contact me in a reasonable time frame, and were polite when I told them I could not do the project this year.

Project: Repair Drywall
2 day delay in beginning the scheduled repair due to a sick employee which was very inconvenient but what are you going to do. Communication could have been a little better; however the job was well done. Repairing my ceiling was a very messy job but extreme care was given to cover as much as possible to contain the dust. The drywaller did an excellent job.
