Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
The professionals who assisted from the estimate to the installation were very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone seeking this service. They were prompt, explained everything in detail, and took care to protect my home with the use of drop clothes. They were very friendly and quickly demonstrated their experiences, licesure, and letters of recommendation. We love our tankless water heater and look forward to it for many years!

Project: Install Interior Foundation Drains or Sump Pump
I was just looking to see if we had any major plumbing issues contributing to our excessive amount of water being pumped out by our sump pump. They called almost immediately, made themselves available to come up and check things out at my disposal and were very thorough and informative. I couldn't have asked for a nicer professional or more informative answers to my questions. If I ever need assistance in plumbing, heating, or cooling again they will be my first call. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
I asked them in to price inulating the house and possibly hooking up to city water (since they can apparently do both). He came earlier than the time agreed upon and talked to my son. He didn't mention insulating the house, gave my son a price for connecting to city water which is about twice what other have quoted and spent most of his time trying to sell a procedure to improve our water pressure. We don't have any problems with our water pressure.

They sent someone without enough experience to fix the problem. Also, after rate was quoted, tried to add on an 85.00 diagnostic fee. I was not impressed.

The first pump installed quit working in one day. The technician cut a hole in my radon cap and left it that way making it useless. The pump I have now seems to be working fine but the radon cap isn't any longer.
