Steven came to my house to check out the problem on 1/2/2012, when the winds were gusting. He tore the piece of flashing down that was about to hit my palladium window, quoted me a price, and came back in a couple weeks and repaired it with 2 new pieces of flashing for the exact price he quoted me. He even told me up front that he was very busy and when to expect him back. He is a very professional guy and honest about the repair.

Rebuilt the bay window bump out on my new home with a well thought out design. I've received several compliments from the neighbors! Most importantly, the design was engineered so that water couldn't get trapped between the wood, nor could it penetrate the interior wood, which prevents rot and mold, both of which was ripped out of the old bay window area and replaced. Outstanding work at a fair price!
