If you don't do it right the first time, when will you have time to do it again?
Steve O'Neal has been in the Design / Construction industry for over 25 years and would love the opportunity to show you what experience and expertise can mean for the overall value of your project. When you are 100% sure about the project you want to initiate, please contact me for an estimate first. Depending on the size of the project, estimates may be given the same day on site, or up to a few days later, depending on if preliminary plans are needed. Either way, I am the man for the job. All my jobs are on a one on one basis with you. I don't send anyone else out to meet with you. Everything goes through me so you can feel you are getting the special attention you deserve for your project. I also do most of the work myself, eliminating others from entering your home. I look forward to hearing from you when you know you are ready to begin your project. My prices are very competitive and my service is exceptional. When you are ready to start, so am I.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Used O'Neal Home Improvement and was charged the minimum $50 for the visit. While understandable, he moved two screws on the strike plate on my door jam to make the door close tightly. Mr. O'Neal did indicate that he would provide me a discount for a future visit. While the cost was steep, I will use Mr. O'Neal again.

Project: Replace or Repair Grout
Steve O'Neal is a very responsible home repair person. He arrived, as planned, and only a little late after making a call to that effect. He is professional, articulate, and the type of person you would welcome in your home. Steve took care of cleaning and re-grouting our shower stall. He also replaced a failed electrical receptacle, and cleaned out a bathroom lavatory drain. All within a little over two hours. The costs were reasonable and his ability to correct multiple problems was a money saver. I will have more work for Steve in the near future.

Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
Steve was a real nice guy and he wasn't one of those shady or trashy contractors that are around. He put on a screenroom addition to the house, which included a gable ceiling and tie in to the house. Throughout the project he would be willing to hear suggestions/comments about where the room was headed and was really easy to work with. We made several changes throughout the project with no hidden charges or fees. I would say that there were two cons: One is the project took longer than expected and he also had some issues with the roof tie-in leaking... but he lived up to his end of the deal and fixed it up nice. Ultimately, I recommend!
