Sloppy and poorly done. He did not prep the house properly and blames the prior paint for the problems. He leaves items scattered about. Left masking tape in places. Ladder marks and spots not painted. Did not follow up well. He is not willing to do the job correctly. He says he guarantees his work for two years but the guarantee is no better than the man who gives it. I was not aware he uses spray or I would never have hired him. He expected one coat to be enough. I am being forced to hire a more reliable person to do the job correctly.
