Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Mr. Hurst was literally on my doorstep the morning after our inquiry with Service Master. We found him to be very personable, professional, and competent. A number of others who had come to give estimates could not even pinpoint the problem, which we discovered eventually on our own. His inspection of the problem in order to give us an estimate indicated that he could do the work on the spot. Even in a very cramped attic space, he revisited the site of the roof leak a number of times to be sure the repair was thorough and effective. He guarantees his work, but we don't expect to need a recall. We are pleased.

I thought they did a great job. The only problem we ran into was in timeliness. It did take longer than the original estimate. However, the work that was done was great and fell well within the budget. I would recommend him to friends.
