Steve and his team were professionals. A very pleasant experience. Very unusal today, paying for a product and receiving what is promised without a hassel. This whole team of professionals went above and beyond. Without a second thought will be contacting thses folks for future services. These guys can do it all.

They underbidded the job and then they wanted extra payment to complete work. The work was not to the standard I would have liked. They never cleaned up after days work. Left cigarette butts on grass area. Final cleanup was poor.

Mr. Foncerrada, I'm sorry you were disappointed, however, you instigated the six change orders, not us. We followed the original bid exactly as you requested. We cleaned up your property to your specifications, which you signed off on, and even removed items you asked us to remove at no additional charge. We strive to make our clients happy in a honest, professional environment.

This is an exellent company to work with. TImely, they do what they say they'll do, good price, easy to work with. Great costumer service, high quality work.

Steve Perry and his crew are the most professional group of people I've dealt with. I had Steve pour a concrete slab along the side of my house and along side of my driveway (approx. 750 sq. ft.) with a drainage tube from my back yard to the front sidewalk. The cost was very competitive. Steve came out several times to be sure of what I wanted. The work was started 4 days after the contract was signed. The project was completed in 8 days. The crew took extra care to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. I'm going to use them for all the rest of my projects. I highly recommend Steve and his company. They're the best!
